General Data Protection Regulations

On 25th May 2018 new EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) comes into force with new legislation being applicable in particular with the storage and processing of data.

To ensure that we comply with the new GDPR we wish to clarify how we store and use your data.

We retain your contact details, email address and bank details (if applicable) by electronic and/or paper form for use by our order processing system and/ or our accounting records. We use these details for the sole purpose of conducting business with you.

We do not hold any details on a mailing list or pass details to a 3rd party. The data stored by us in electronic format is only accessed by the personnel authorised to do so, by password protection, this data is securely backed up daily. Paper data is kept securely in the office which is locked overnight.

We will only store your data for as long as necessary or as determined by regulatory or statutory law, however we will retain your data unless you advise us otherwise.
